Total Piping & Mechanical personnel have been heavily involved in some of the industry’s largest and most demanding projects over recent years.

“TPM have helped our company Krones deliver one of the largest green field manufacturing projects in Queensland in 2024. TPM won the tender for Mechanical and Piping for the project amidst high competition due to their project management capability, safety management and technical capability.
TPM scope of work included Mechanical and Piping of 3 high-speed manufacturing lines. The team installed more than 250 40 HC containers of equipment within a period of 6 months with a team of over 40 people. The quality standards set out by Krones in completing the installation were very high as it stems from Germany, however the TPM team on site were able meet these requirements with ease. The key driving factor for TPMs success is the quality of the team members on site and their excellent technical capabilities.
TPM through out the project were agile and reacted to changes in a very prompt manner allowing for the project to remain on track, in multiple occasions.
TPM have gained a strong reputation within Krones for completing mechanical and piping works and I would have no concerns in awarding TPM a future contract.”

“I am pleased to provide this reference for Total Piping & Mechanical, who successfully completed the mechanical installation and piping works for Viva Energy Australia’s Hydrogen Refuelling Station in Geelong, The Viva Energy Hub.
The first hydrogen refuelling station of its kind in Australia, The Viva Energy Hub is a ground-breaking and technically complex project. Total Piping & Mechanical demonstrated exceptional project management capabilities, ensuring all works were delivered on schedule and within scope, despite the early market technical challenges associated with this state-of-the-art plant & equipment.
The Total Piping & Mechanical team maintained the highest standards of safety, strictly adhering to site requirements and industry best practices. The quality of workmanship in the mechanical and piping installation was outstanding, with all work completed to specification and in full compliance with the relevant standards. Total Piping & Mechanical’s proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration made them a valuable partner in the successful delivery of this project.
I would confidently recommend Total Piping & Mechanical for future mechanical and piping installation projects, particularly those involving complex and innovative infrastructure.”

“Total Piping & Mechanical (TPM) were the successful mechanical piping contractor on a large industrial Molasses Extraction Plant built in Dandenong VIC during 2019/20 for which Willis Project Intelligence was the client’s Project Managers. TPM scope of work was to supply, fabricate and install all stainless-steel process and services reticulation pipework to integrate a technically complex arrangement of extraction processing plant and equipment. The majority of pipework was installed between 4 to 10 metres above ground level.
TPM had 8 to 10 pipe welders on-site for up to 11 months plus 2 to 4 pipe welders off-site at TPM fabrication workshop in Campbellfield VIC. TPM were very strong team players during project delivery and were a major contributor to the overall success of the project, particularly:
Safety approach to high-risk activities, working at heights, crane lifts and general day to day WHS and site safety
Flexibility to work in conjunction with upstream and downstream equipment installation trades as much of the pipework installation access was dependent upon the integrated equipment installation sequence.
Ability to hit key milestone target dates and maintain overall program whilst accommodating constant remobilisation of teams to progressive work faces.
Conducting detailed analysis to optimise time and cost efficiencies for pre-fabricating pipe configurations on-site versus off-site in the TPM fabrication workshop.
Overall high quality of off-site, on-site and in-situ welding.
Proprietary operating protocols and procedures including monthly reporting platforms/software.
I would not hesitate to recommend TPM for any industrial pipework supply, fabrication and installation scope of works.”

“The quality of the pipe fitting and welding was extemporary – TPM’s approach to hand-selecting their labour force ensured workers with validated welding skills, experience, attention to detail, efficiency and quality. In periods of high pressure and tight deadlines both TPM’s management and their staff always remained courteous, positive and practical, contributing to a great on-site culture.”
“They approached the project with fantastic drive and efficiency that saw the plant completed two weeks ahead of schedule and within budget, which meant that an equipment install from Europe that was on the critical path, could be commissioned on time.”
“Their flexibility to work with and around some very high-pressure deadlines for the project staged handover completions and the ease at which they completed these sometimes very demanding program requirements was outstanding.”
